NEW HAVEN, CT- GCU's Jess Comiskey has been selected as the CACC Player of the Week, for the week ending April 4th.

Comiskey led Georgian Court to a 5-1 record last week with a .476 batting average, including three home runs, three doubles, a triple, eight runs scored and six RBI. The Lions' centerfielder crunched a lead-off home run in a 10-0 blitzing of Nyack College, 3/31, while collecting two hits in each of the first five games of the week.

Jess joins Rachel Ruch (week ending 3/8) as the only Lions to receive this honor in '10. Teammate Diana Sansevera has earned CACC Pitcher of the Week accolades on two seperate occasions this season.
