Game Recap: Men's Lacrosse |

Lions End Season With 25-3 Thumping of Caldwell

LAKEWOOD, NJ (April 22, 2026) - Georgian Court Men's Lacrosse finished off the 2026 season in a big way, with a 25-3 win over Caldwell. The Lions dominated from the start, scoring at least six goals in all four periods. The win pulls Georgian Court even at 4-4 to finish the conference season.

How it Happened
• Georgian Court was on offense for most of the game. They took 59 total shots putting 42 on goal and scoring 25 times.
• Caldwell managed just 25 shots with 14 on target and and three goals.
• Despite the disparity in time of possession, faceoff numbers were pretty even. Georgian Court won 17-of-32 and the Cougars won 15.
• A big reason for all the extra possessions for the Lions was the 29 Caldwell turnovers, more than double the Lions 14 turnovers.
• The teams stayed out of the penalty box for the most part. Georgian Court was 1-3 on the man-advantage while Caldwell went 0-2 playing man-up.

1st Quarter
• Less than two minutes into the game, Harrison Jordan hit Zach Myers who scored the game's first goal.
• It stayed 1-0 past the midway point in the quarter, but that's when the Lions got hot.
• Vincent Burns scored the first of two straight and put GCU up 3-0.
• Just six seconds after a Brodie Seaborn goal, Jahkari Christian won the faceoff, passed off to Burns who cashed in his third of the game.
• With less than 30 seconds to play in the period, Drew Barocas made it 6-0 and the rout was on.

2nd Quarter
• Caldwell's offense was putting more shots on net in the second quarter, but Vincent Burkhart was up to the task. He made five saves in the period.
• Georgian Court scored twice in the opening minute of the second quarter. The first came from Myers just 10 seconds into the frame.
• Jordan scored his first of the game for an 8-0 lead 16 minutes into the game.
• Aidan Miranda caused a Cougar turnover and the ball was scooped up by Thomas Fleming. He ran down the field and took it himself, scoring his first career goal.
• With 5:31 to play, Caldwell broke up the Lions shutout bid.
• With less than four minutes to play in the quarter, Burns, Christian and Jordan all scored and the Lions led 12-1 at the break.

3rd Quarter
• Seaborn scored seven of the Lions 13 second half goals, and it started 76 seconds into the third.
• A minute later, playing man-up, Jordan tallied another.
• The Lions offense was relentless as Barocas, Seaborn, Myers and Vincent Burns all lit the lamp to finish off the third quarter up 18-1.

4th Quarter
• GCU was emptying their bench, and that included at the goalie position. With a new man between the pipes, Caldwell took advantage scoring just 70 seconds in.
