Zach Licato serves as the recruiting coordinator for the baseball program, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to excellence. After spending a decade in high school coaching in New Jersey and coaching at the college level for multiple years at Saint Elizabeth University, he is now focused on achieving success on the field and also on cultivating the academic and personal growth of each player at Georgian Court. 

With a strategic approach to the game, an emphasis on skill development, and a dedication to fostering a positive team culture, Coach Licato is driven to help build a program that excels in competition and prepares student-athletes for success beyond college.
