LAKEWOOD, NJ- The Lions volleyball team went head-to-head with West Chester University (11-8) Tuesday evening, sweeping the Golden Rams(11-8) in three closely contested games (25-22, 26-24, 25-23) at the GCU Wellness Center. The victory marks Georgian Court's 32nd straight on its home floor, dating back to 2006.
Three Lions reached double-digits in the kills column, including 
Stephanie Rivera with 12 and 11 from 
Amy Berry (pictured) and 
Joann Zayas. Setter 
Lisamary Figueroa dished out a game-high 35 assists while libero 
Ana Cruz defended the Lions' backline with 17 assists.
GCU (13-7), winners of seven straight, next welcome Post University to "The Well" this Saturday afternoon at 1pm.
