LAKEWOOD, NJ- The four-time defending CACC champion Georgian Court University volleyball squad, riding a four-game losing streak, limp into the postseason this week as the Lions visit top-seeded Holy Family University Tuesday evening in the CACC quarterfinals.
GCU, with an 11-8 CACC record (12-19 overall), has clinched the #4 seed in the CACC South Division. The Tigers secured the #1 overall seeding with a conference record of 16-3 (19-9 overall). Holy Family swept the season series from Georgian Court, defeating the Lions, 3-0, September 17 in Philadelphia (snapping GCU's 74-game CACC winning streak) and 3-1 on October 14 in Lakewood, NJ.
The match is scheduled to commence at 7 PM.
