OAKDALE, NY- The Georgian Court University lacrosse team suffered its first setback of the season Saturday morning, falling to the #8 Golden Lions of Dowling College, 11-3.

Natalie Bermudez, Lauren Conaty and Ryan McGrath scored the lone tallies for GCU (3-1). Dowling (2-0) outshot Georgian Court, 28-14.

The Lions open the CACC portion of its schedule this Saturday afternoon when they travel to Chestnut Hill College for a 1:00 PM contest.
