BRICK, NJ- The Georgian Court University lacrosse squad finally had the opportunity to take their game outdoors and waste it they did not as the Lions kicked off the 2010 season with a 19-9 victory over Kutztown University Tuesday afternoon at Veterans Memorial Sports Complex. 

Lauren Conaty (pictured) (five goals), Ryan McGrath (four goals, three assists) and Natalie Bermudez (three goals) led the onslaught for GCU (1-0).

Goalkeeper Christine Latteri earned the victory in net for the Lions, turning away seven Kutztown (1-0) shots in the contest.

GCU will next host Southern Connecticut State University on Monday, March 8th.
