PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Georgian Court University volleyball team, after dropping its first eight contests of the 2010 campaign, finally enjoyed the taste of victory Tuesday evening with a 3-0 triumph at Chestnut Hill College (25-23, 25-12, 25-15).
The win also gives the Lions (0-8, 1-0 CACC) 74 straight wins vs. CACC opponents, just three shy of tying the national record for consecutive victories vs. conference foes, established by West Texas A&M from 9/18/99 to 10/10/03 in the Lone Star Conference.
