PHILADELPHIA- The Georgian Court University volleyball squad's freefall continued Thursday evening as the Lions fell to host-Philadelphia University, 3-0 (17-25, 16-25, 21-25), for their sixth consecutive defeat.

Francheska Cedres provided a bright spot for Georgian Court as she collected a game-high 25 assists and team-leading 10 digs for a double-double. Amy Berry tied Philly's Brittany Olson (So.-Sycamore, IL) for the match-high with her 10 kills. Olson also led all players with 13 digs.

The Lady Rams improve to 16-11 (12-5 CACC) while GCU dwindles to 7-22 (6-11 CACC).

Georgian Court will be the site of a tri-match this Saturday as the Lions welcome both Concordia College and C.W. Post University to the Wellness Center. The first match of the day commences at 11:00 AM.
