NEW CASTLE, DE- Led by a season-high seven goals from senior Lauren Conaty, the Georgian Court University lacrosse squad improved to 2-0 in CACC play (2-4 overall) with a 19-6 pasting of host-Wilmington University Tuesday afternoon.

Conaty also added two assists to give her an eye-popping nine points on the day. #Molly McCourt# whipped in a career-high  four tallies while Ryan McGrath (2 goals, 4 assists), Alley Abbate (2 goals, 1 assist) and Shannon Mastrogiovanni (2 goal, 1 assist) also enjoyed multi-goal games.

Goalkeeper Jennifer Molzon earned her second victory of the year in net, denying eight Wilmington shots in just under 51 minutes (50:23).

With the defeat, the Wildcats fall to 1-4 (0-1 CACC).

The Lions return to action with a home game against CACC foe Post University this Thursday at 4PM.
