ORANGEBURG, NY- The Georgian Court University lacrosse squad completed a third straight conference regular season without a blemish and are primed to defend its 2010 title as the Lions won its 13th straight contest (13-4) and 34th consecutive CACC regular seson game with a 21-10 drubbing of Dominican College Thursday afternoon.
With a perfect 14-0 conference mark, GCU clinched the #1 seed in the CACC Championship Tournament, which commences with a 1:00PM rematch vs. Dominican in the semifinals this Saturday at Georgian Court. The Lady Chargers (7-8, 6-6 CACC) clinched the #4 seed.
#2 Philadelphia University (10-6, 10-2 CACC) will battle #3 Holy Family University (7-9, 6-6 CACC) at 3:00 PM on Saturday, also at Georgian Court, in the second semifinals match.
All-CACC First Team selection
Ryan McGrath continued her personal destruction of the conference as she gathered six goals and an assist, which gives her an incredible 65 goals, 35 points and 100 points on the year.

Jillian Hadfield (five goals),
Shannon Mastrogiovanni (four goals, 2 assists),
Alley Abbate (four goals, assist) and
Daryl Carr (goal, two assists) also enjoyed stellar outings in the final regular season contest of their collegiate careers.
Freshman First-Team All-CACC selection
Stephanie Gallo garnered a goal and two assists in the win.
Jennifer Molzon improved her record to 12-4 in the GCU net, tallying 14 saves in 60 minutes of action.
