LAKEWOOD, NJ- The Holy Family University volleyball squad exacted revenge from its 3-2 loss to Georgian Court University back on September 25, defeating the host-Lions, 3-0 (25-20, 25-19, 25-21), Friday evening in the GCU Wellness Center.
The defeat snaps the Lions three-game winning streak and drops their record to 13-14 (10-6 CACC). The Tigers improve to 11-17 with the triumph (9-7 CACC).

Sarah Ambach (Jr.-Springboro, OH) collected a game-high 13 kills to go along with a pristine hitting percentage of .632 (one error, 19 total attacks).
Emma Herring (Fr.-Newtown, CT) enjoyed a well-balanced effort for the Tigers with 12 kills, five digs, four service aces,and four blocks (two solo, two blocking assists).
Chelsea Keegan (Jr.-Bucyrus, OH) distributed a match-high 30 assists while
Madi McShane (Fr.-Allentown, PA) controlled 11 digs.
Anabelle Barinas topped the Lions with 10 kills.
Jaslene Lopez contributed 16 assists while
Francheska Cedres settled 12 digs.
GCU returns to action Saturday afternoon when they host Felician College at 1:30 p.m. in another CACC contest.
