Lakewood, N.J.- The Georgian Court University men's soccer squad remains undefeated on its home pitch as the Lions shut out visiting Queens College, 2-0, Thursday afternoon to improve to 6-0-1 within the gates of GCU (7-5-2 overall).

Ricardo Vascones provided the Lions an initial 1-0 advantage just 0:16 into action as the junior ricocheted a shot off a Queens' defender, originating from a Will Docherty cross, for his second tally of the season.

GCU's second score of the contest came at 16:44 as Michael Clarke netted his CACC-leading 16th of the year on a nifty headball, the end result of a beautiful Andres Adum feed and Docherty cross, resulting in two assists on the play.

Queens (5-8) owned a 20-14 lead in shots and 11-3 advantage in corner kicks, but the Knights could not penetrate the Georgian Court net.

Alexsander Milosevic registered his second straight home shutout, compiling eight saves for his seventh victory (7-4-2) on the year. 

The Lions remain home to host Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference opponent, Post University, Saturday afternoon at 2:30 p.m.
