Orangeburg, N.Y.- The Georgian Court University volleyball squad snapped a two-game slide Saturday afternoon with a 3-0 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) road victory at Dominican College. The Lions dismissed the Lady Chargers by the scores of 25-15, 25-16 and 28-26 to improve to 6-2 (9-12 overall) in conference play.
Freshman
Amy Bruno established a new career high with a match-best 12 kills in the GCU victory.
Peggy Rosario fell just short of her ninth double-double of the season with nine kills and 15 digs.
Jennifer Smith clubbed eight kills while
Kelsey Oliver shared a game-high 29 assists.
Georgian Court returns home Tuesday night for a CACC divisional face-off vs. Wilmington University. Start time is scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
