Lyndhurst, N.J.- The Georgian Court University men's soccer squad soldified its third straight victory, while improving to a perfect 3-0 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference competition, as the Lions handed host-Felician University a 1-0 defeat Saturday evening.
GCU (3-2-0, 3-0 CACC) remains unbeaten vs. the Golden Falcons (0-4-2, 0-1-1 CACC), improving to 4-0 all-time vs. the conference foe.
The contest would remain scoreless until the 71st minute (70:07) when
Will Green rocketed a carom off a Felician defender inside the near post to supply all the offense needed by the Lions.
GCU doubled up the Golden Falcons, 18-9, Â in the shots column.
