Lakewood, N.J.- Adelphi University coasted to a 3-0 non-conference victory Thursday evening as the Panthers swept host-Georgian Court University by scores of 25-19, 25-16, and 25-14 in NCAA Division II women's volleyball action.

The visiting Panthers even their record at 6-6 with the win while the Lions fall to 3-10 on the year.

Peggy Rosario was GCU's offensive star on the night with her team-best 10 kills. Jessica Pedroza gathered 12 digs and put down six kills for the Lions while setter Kelsey Oliver distributed 21 assists and controlled six digs in the effort.

Georgian Court treks to Nyack College Saturday afternoon for a tri-match with the Warriors and Mercy College. The Lions will play Nyack at noon in CACC competition followed by a match vs. the Mavericks at 2:00 p.m.
