Philadelphia, Pa.- The Georgian Court University women's volleyball squad extended its season-best winning streak to four straight Friday evening as the Lions set back the University of the Sciences, 3-1, in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) divisional road contest (25-10, 25-15, 22-25, 25-18).
Jessica Pedroza (11 kills, 20 digs) and 
Peggy Rosario (15 kills, 13 digs) shined for the Lions with double-double efforts. 
Kelsey Oliver (42 assists) and 
Janelli Torres (28 digs) enjoyed game-highs in their respective specialties while 
Kelsie Blue did the same with her six total blocks.
GCU returns to campus Saturday morning for a Homecoming Day tri-match vs. conference rival, Caldwell University, at 11:00 a.m. and Southern Connecticut State University at 3:00 p.m.
