Waterbury, Conn. - Georgian Court University women's soccer improved to 10-0-1 vs. Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference foes, and 11-3-1 overall Saturday, as the first-place Lions traveled to Post University and sent off the Eagles, 4-0, for their fourth CACC shutout of the season.

The Lions are 23-0-1 over their last 24 conference contests. Post plummets to 4-9-2 (4-6-1 CACC) after the setback.

GCU netted a pair of goals in each stanza to hold off the Eagles, which included an overall shot differential of 17-5 (11-3 shots-on-goal) for the victors. Anissia Fucci pestered Post in the first half as the All-American accounted for both tallies, giving the junior seven scores on the season.

Freshman Krystal Hund connected on her 13th of the season at 47:48 after depositing a Nicole Turelli helper. Heather Arbachesky also hit her 13th with a successful penalty kick at 63:30.

Natalie Axelsson achieved her tenth win of the year (10-3) in the GCU net, grabbing one save in her 45:00 of work.

Georgian Court closes out the 2018 regular season this Wednesday with a 3:30 p.m. home game vs. Holy Family University.
