Lakewood, N.J. - The Georgian Court University developmental squad and Rowan College at Gloucester County played to a 1-1 tie in Thursday men's soccer action.

Emilio Arrubarrena provided the Lions an initial 1-0 advantage at the 24:28 mark of the first when he sent in a John Christ helper for the lead. The visiting Roadrunners responded at 38:53 of the second stanza to knot the ledger at 1-1. Rowan College out-shot its host with a 10-6 surplus on frame.

Ryan Baird started in net for GCU, collecting five saves over his 45:00. Angel Guererro-Salgado played the entire second half for the home team, gathering four saves of his own.

The reserve Lions (2-0-2) return to the pitch this Monday with a 4:00 p.m. home match vs. Lancaster Bible College.
