Box Score Nyack, N.Y. - Georgian Court University women's soccer collected its second-straight victory this week as the Lions held on to nip Nyack College on the road, 2-1, Saturday in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) action.

Erin Wimmer kicked off the scoring for GCU as the junior deposited a Kieran Lees helper just 5:34 into the match. The tally marked Wimmer's second of the week and fourth on the season. The Georgian Court teammates traded places at 50:14 when Wimmer assisted on Lee's second goal of the year.

Shanice Rapp (So.-Untergrombach, Germany) registered the Warriors' lone goal midway through the first stanza at 27:24. Georgian Court out-shot Nyack, 11-3, in the match.

Anetha Jenkins improves to a perfect 4-0 in the Lions' net as the sophomore keeper collected a single save over 90:00.

The Lions (6-4-1, 4-1-1 CACC) now wait until Tuesday evening to return to the pitch, this time at Chestnut Hill College (7:00 p.m.) in another conference tilt.
