West Chester, Pa.- Georgian Court University, playing its fourth-consecutive road contest, traveled to West Chester University Friday where the Lions dropped a 20-3 decision to the #2 Golden Rams in NCAA Division II women's lacrosse regional action.
WCU, playing its first game of the 2020 campaign, controlled the affair from the start as the Golden Rams tallied a 13-2 lead heading into intermission. The victors would go on to account for seven of the second half's eight goals en route to their first win of the season.

Shaine Sauter netted the Lions' three scoring efforts.
Devon Mela (Sr.-Newtown, Pa.) registered six goals in the West Chester home performance.
Georgian Court (1-5) returns to campus for the first time since Feb. 18 as the Lions host Millersville University Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.Â
