Krystal Hund hat trick highlighted Georgian Court University's 4-1 win over visiting Felician University 0-4 (0-4 CACC) Saturday as the Lions even their record at 2-2 (2-2 CACC) in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) women's soccer action.
Now with four goals over the team's last two outings, the Toms River, N.J. native found the back of the Felician net at 5:11, 25:45, and 72:47 to secure the trifecta.
Gabriella Paccione earned the assist on Hund's first two tallies while
Erin Wimmer aided on the third scoring effort.
Nora Stapleton also registered a goal in the win, controlling and depositing a long feed from
Nicole Turelli on a set piece at 47:21.
GCU dominated the shots column, 26-4, including a 12-2 shots-on-goal margin.
Alyssa Dias improves to 2-2 in the Lions' net as the sophomore keeper did not face a shot on frame in her 60:13.
The Lions now look to Wednesday when the victors visit Caldwell University at 1:00 p.m. to conclude the shortened CACC spring 2021 regular season.
