Previously vs. Chestnut Hill
• The Lions and Griffons met earlier in the season in Lakewood with Chestnut Hill prevailing 3-0 (25-19, 25-21, 25-22).
• The Griffons hit .280 for the match. They led end-to-end in the first two sets and came away with a three-point in a tight third set.
• Amiyah Woods hit .308 for the match with six kills on 13 attempts with a block.
• Nylene Mateo finished with a team-best nine kills.
• Iciar Zayas had 17 assists and four digs.
• Jana Borkovic led the squad with nine digs and two service aces.
• Ava Venneri and Chelsea Ross each finished with five kills. 

Last Time Out
• Georgian Court played Bridgeport in their first ever CACC match. The Purple Knights won in four in Connecticut 25-14, 17-25, 25-21, 25-13.
• Both teams hit well with GCU committing just 14 attack errors and Bridgeport 17. The Lions hit .252 for the match and the Purple Knights .298.
• Bridgeport though landed 13 more kills, 53-40. 
• The Purple Knights did damage on service landing 13 aces. GCU managed five, all from Nylene Mateo.
• Nylene Mateo hit .441 for the match and landed a match-high 18 kills. She also served up five aces and finished with a double-double with 11 digs.
• Iciar Zayas handed out 31 assists and finished a dig shy of a double-double.
• Jana Borkovic scooped up a match-high 17 digs.

Who's Hot?
• Jana Borkovic has double-digit digs in seven straight matches and is up to fifth in the conference in digs per set. 
• Nylene Mateo hit .441 in the loss at Bridgeport and landed five aces. She's averaging 4.8 kills per set in the last four matches. 
• Iciar Zayas had two 30+ assist matches last week. 
• Ava Venneri has seven kills in three of her last four matches.

• Jessica Sprankle is three service aces away from 100 for her career. That would also put her in the top-15 all-time at GCU. 
• Jana Borkovic is 25 digs away from 300 this season. 
• Chelsea Ross needs four more points to reach 250 in her career.
• Amiyah Woods is closing in on 200 points, just 5.5 away.
