Tallen Smith sliced the Georgian Court deficit to one (3-2) as the sophomore sent in the first of his team-best two goals with 5:59 to go in the frame.
Bentley promptly proceeded to put the game out of reach with a 5-0 run, pushing the Falcons ahead by six overall (8-2) at the 10:13 mark of the second period. The result was never in question as Bentley accounted for five of the match's final seven scoring efforts. The Falcons dominated the shot column, 52-18.
