12 Different Setters Score as #12 Pace Remains Perfect with 20-4 Road Win at Georgian Court

Lakewood, N.J. - 12 different Setters found the back of the net as #12 Pace University remained perfect (4-0) on the year after Wednesday's 20-4 non-conference road victory at Georgian Court University. (1-7).

Kyle Casey (Gr.-Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) topped the victors with seven total points, including a goal and six helpers. Jake Veres (Sr.-Robbinsville, N.J.) contributed four goals and an assist for five points while Marcus Ottaviano (Jr.-Ontario, Canada) (three goals) and Tim Cairo (Sr.-Shoreham, N.Y.) (two goals, assist) added three points apiece in the win.

Devin Bell, Daniel Burnham, Ryan Rigby, and Michael Ventresca interspersed the action with a goal each to account for the Georgian Court tallies. The Setters more than tripled the home team in the shot column at 57-18, while owning a 37-12 surplus on frame.

Starting goalkeeper, Louis Ragusa (Sr.-Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) collected the victory with six saves over 36:29 of action. Sebastian Farah slips to 1-6 in the GCU frame, despite recording 15 saves in his 45:00.

The Lions look forward to beginning Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) play this Saturday with a 2:00 p.m. contest scheduled vs. Post University in Waterbury, Conn.
