Women's Lacrosse Takes Care of Business, Close Regular Season With 21-2 Win at Felician

100th Ground Ball for Rogers, 200th Draw Control by Chandler in Triumph

Paramus, N.J. - Georgian Court University concluded its fifth-straight unblemished regular-season conference calendar Saturday as the Lions made easy work of Felician University with a 21-2 road win over the Golden Falcons in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) women's lacrosse action.

The victory puts GCU at 9-0 in CACC play (10-7) as the royal-and-gold extends its winning streak (including postseason) to 51-straight vs. conference foes. Felician ends its year at 3-12 (2-7 CACC).

In a game played at Paramus Catholic High School, the outcome was ne'er in doubt as GCU poured in the first four tallies of the match, en route to a healthy 17-1 cushion at the 10:51 mark of the third period. 10 different Lions found the back of the net in the rout. Remi Reinhardt enjoyed a career day as the sophomore transfer collected a season-best four goals and two assists to pace the victors.

Heather Devaney (four goals, assist) and Isabel Raimondi (two goals, three assists) followed with five points each while the tandem of Sabrina Chandler (two goals, assist) and Shaine Sauter (three goals) added three points apiece. Chandler also collected her 200th career draw control for the royal-and-gold. Jessica Rogers, with three ground balls on the afternoon, eclipsed the 100-mark for her stellar collegiate career.

Alexis Hahn, who has accounted for all 1,020 minutes in the Lions' net this season, collected her 10th win of the year in the complete-game (two saves).

GCU, the #1-seed in next week's CACC Women's Lacrosse Championship Tournament (hosted by Georgian Court), will play at noon next Friday (April 30) vs. a to-be-determined opponent.
