Last Time Out
• GCU hosted three teams at the GCU Volleyball Invitational last weekend. The Lions went 1-2 with a win coming over Queens College.
• For the weekend, Nylene Mateo led the offense with 83 kills, 6.92 per set.
• The Lions landed a total of 33 service aces, 2.75 per set, with Jessica Sprankle picking up 13 on her own.
• GCU outscored their opponents in the three matches, averaging 17 points per set with opponents scoring 16.75 per set.

Pace
• Pace is 0-5 to start the season with all matches thus far having been away from home.
• Most recently, the Setters squared off with CACC foe Bloomfield, dropping the match 3-1.
• The Setters are hitting .094 for the season, averaging 10.4 kills per set. They're led offensively by Brielle Jones who's landing 2.84 kills per set. Jamie Bittiger controls the defense with 4.37 digs per set.
 
Kutztown
• Kutztown comes to Lakewood with a 4-3 record, but are winners of three straight matches.
• The Golden Bears are yet to play a five-set match this season, taking two wins in four sets and two in straight sets.
• Two Golden Bears are scoring more than 3.5 kills per set. Adrianna Derstine leads the way with 3.95 and Sadie Doss has contributed 3.54.
• Gianna Agosti leads the defensive effort with 4.83 digs per set as the Golden Bears average more than 15 as a squad.
