Previously vs. Chestnut Hill
• Historically, the Lions have crushed the all-time series with the Griffins, leading 26-6.
• Three of those six Griffin wins though have come in the last three matches.
• Last season was the first time CHC ever defeated the Lions in Lakewood.
• In their meeting in Philadelphia earlier this year, Chestnut Hill came back from down 2-1 to win in five sets.
• The Griffins rallied down 23-17 in set four to score the final eight points and steal the set. Then went on to win the fifth 15-8.
• Four Lions had double-figure kills led by Nylene Mateo's 14.
• Amiyah Woods hit .500 with 11 kills. 

Last Time Out
• Georgian Court's winning streak came to an end 3-1 at Dominican.
• The Lions won set three after dropping the first two, but ultimately fell in four.
• After the Chargers won the opener, GCU was on top 17-6 in set two, but let the Chargers back into it thanks to 10 service aces in the frame and they rallied to win 26-24.
• Chelsea Ross set a career-best with 14 kills and hit .520.
• Carmen Rivera had 24 digs.

• Martina Croce has at least eight kills in 10 straight matches and 12+ in two of her last three.
• Dayna Diaz has admirably filled in at setter averaging 9.6 assists per set the last four matches.
• Giorgia Cappelletti has double-figure kills in seven straight contests and 15+ digs in four straight. 
• Chelsea Ross has 23 blocks in her last five matches and is hitting .440 in her last four matches. She had a career-high 14 kills against Dominican.
• Carmen Rivera had a career-best 24 digs at Dominican.

• At 9.61 assists per set, Iciar Zayas is second in league.
• As a team, the Lions lead the CACC hitting .224.
• GCU is third with 11.82 kills and 11.35 assists per set. 
• Defensively, GCU is third with a .163 opponent hitting percentage. 

Individual Milestones
• Nylene Mateo needs 48 more kills to get into the GCU all-time top-five.
• Jessica Sprankle will move into the all-time top-five at GCU for service aces with five more.
• Giorgia Cappelletti needs 28 digs to get to 300 this season. 
• Just one half-point will get Martina Croce to 250 points. 

Playoff Picture
• This is the final week of the regular season and Georgian Court has two matches left. 
• The CACC Volleyball standings are split into two divisions with the top-four teams in each making the postseason.
• The top three seeds in the CACC South have already been clinched. 
• Georgian Court is 7-7 and currently in fifth place one half game behind Holy Family who is 8-7. 
• Jefferson is atop the division at 11-3 while Chestnut Hill is second at 10-4 and Wilmington third at 10-5.

About Chestnut Hill
• Chestnut Hill is one of the hottest teams in the CACC. They're 10-4 in the league having won five straight matches. 
• Their last three wins have all come against quality opponents including a 3-0 sweep at home against Jefferson. 
• The Griffins overall this season are 12-12 and were picked to finish in a tie for fourth place in the CACC South Division along with the Lions and have already surpassed those expectations. 
• As a team, CHC is hitting .146 while opponents are at .158. Those numbers both improve in conference only games where the Griffins are hitting .166 and opponents .132.
• Rachel Mace and Erika Dubosky are the two offensive leaders with more than three kills per set this season. 
• Mia Caporellie is among the leading setters this season. She's averaging 9.37 assists per set and her .60 service aces per set lead the conference. 
• Mace is also the teams leading defender in terms of digs. She's averaging 4.08 per set. 
• Angela April has a team-best 62 blocks. The Griffins are being outblocked 156-128.
• Chestnut Hill has been successful serving the ball. They have 192 aces but have only given up 135.

Senior Spotlight
Georgian Court will honor their one senior this season, Nylene Mateo, prior to the game tomorrow. Mateo is a four-year member of the Lions from Bogota, NJ and is one of the most prolific players in team history. She's the sixth Lion to ever record more than 1,000 career kills, doing so earlier this season. She's played in 87 matches and 314 career sets, totaling more than 200 kills in three seasons. Mateo has also scored 115 aces, 103 blocks and picked up 617 digs. Last season, Mateo was a First Team All-CACC selection and made the AVCA All-Region Honorable Mention team. This year, Mateo has battled injuries but is still third in the conference in kills and points per set.
