• Dominican has gotten off to a slow start and are 0-4 on the season.

James Besser came to Georgian Court at the start of the 2020 season from Manalapan, NJ and Manalapan High School. He's played in six games including each of the Lions first two this season. In the Lions season opener, Besser scored his first points picking up an assist.
Rhys Cotter
5-10 | Midfield | Graduate
Wigan, England
Rhys Cotter is in his fifth season in the royal blue and gold in 2023. Cotter arrived to Lakewood from Wigan, England in 2019 and made an immediate impact. Cotter has played in 61 career matches with 29 starts. He's scored five goals including two each in 2021 and 2022 to go along with a pair of assists. In the Lions season finale in 2022, Cotter scored both goals in a 2-1 win over Molloy
Sotirios Gkosdis
6-1 | Goalkeeper | Senior
Megara, Greece
Sotirios Gkosdis transferred to Georgian Court prior to the 2022 season. The Megara, Spain native took over goalkeeper duties early in the season and proved to be one of the best in the CACC. Gkosdis finished the year with five victories and made 88 saves with an 81.5% save percentage and 1.33 goals against average. His 88 saves and 1.33 goals against average are both in the Lions top-five for a single-season in program history.
Joseph Liberatore

Joseph Liberatore came to Georgian Court from nearby Brick, NJ and Brick Memorial High School for the 2020 season. Liberatore has played in eight matches over his career. He saw time this season playing at Mercyhurst and has been a vital part of the Lions culture.
Ibrahim Madad

Casablanca, Morocco
This is the fourth year in the program for
Ibrahim Madad who came from Casablanca, Morocco. In three years, Madad has appeared in 19 matches making eight starts. His scored his first career goal last season against Chestnut Hill and is nearing 800 career minutes played
Mathias Madersbacher
5-10 | Midfield | Senior
Kramsach, Austria
A midfielder from Kramsach, Austria,
Mathias Madersbacher has played in 35 games with 33 starts since the 2020 season. He's scored eight goals with seven assists and is nearing the top-10 all-time in points, goals and is already ninth in assists. Madersbacher broke out in 2021 scoring five goals and 13 points in 17 games. He's a member of Chi Alpha Sigma and has made the CACC All-Academic Team.
Lucas Moreira

Manalapan, NJ
Lucas Moreira is in his third season with Georgian Court after transferring in as a sophomore in 2021. The defender from Manalapan, NJ saw action already this season at Mercyhurst, his third career game played. Last season, Moreira made the CACC All-Academic Team for his work in the classroom.

Lichfield, England
Sam Thombs has been a steady presence in the midfield for Georgian Court for four years. He's played in 42 games making 39 starts. The Lichfield, England native has scored two goals and added two assists in his career. He's recently eclipsed 3,000 career minutes played and has the most minutes played of any active Lion.
