Previously vs. Goldey-Beacom
• The Lions scored a season-best five goals against the Lightning last season in a 5-1 win.
• GCU has won two straight against GBC and are 4-4-2 all-time in 10 matches.
• Goldey-Beacom got the scoring started last year in Lakewood with a goal right before half in the 42nd minute.
• Georgian Court responded with a five-goal second half, scoring four goals in just over 10 minutes.
Logan Romero scored twice while Joseph Ficarotta totaled three points with a goal and an assist.

Last Time Out
• On Senior Day last Saturday, it was a pair of freshmen who led the way in a 2-1 win over Dominican. 
Gijs Van Eif got the scoring started with a goal in the 10th minute.
• The scored stayed 1-0 at the half when Cole Sullivan made it 2-0 in the 59th minute.
• Playing with 10, Dominican cut the lead in half scoring in the 85th minute. They had one final shot in the closing 60 seconds, but it missed wide and the game ended 2-1.

David Tuschmann scored three points last week with a goal and an assist.
Mathias Madersbacher scored a goal with a team-high eight shots, four on target.
Fabio Krissler allowed three goals in 180 minutes making five saves.

Cherif Tammar and Mathias Madersbacher are tied for ninth in shots per game with 2.75.
Fabio Krissler's 12 saves are in the top-10 in the league and his four saves per game ranks sixth.
• The Lions have the number four scoring offense in the CACC with 1.75 goals per game.
• With 13.25 shots per game, Georgian Court ranks fifth in the CACC. 

Individual Milestones
• Mathias Madersbacher is climbing the GCU all-time lists. He has seven assists in his career which is tied for ninth overall and one more will move him into a tie for sixth. He also needs one more goal to get into the all-time top-10 and three more points to reach the top-10 in points. 
• One more point will bring David Tuschmann to 10.
Dino Raso's next win will be the 100th of his overall coaching career.
Rhys Cotter is 15 minutes away from 3,000 and Oscar Jannesson is 35 minutes away from 2,000.

About Goldey-Beacom
• Goldey-Beacom is 2-3 to start the season having won two of their last three games.
• This is the first conference game of the season for the Lightning.
• GBC was picked to finish 11th in the preseason coaches poll.
• The Lightning also started the season at Mercyhust and Gannon, similar to the Lions. They fell 6-0 at Mercyhurst and 3-1 at Gannon.
