Previously vs. Mercy
• Georgian Court has had a very successful history against Mercy, however it has not been very recent.
• These two teams have met three times in the Lions NCAA era and all of it was prior to 2012.
• In those three games though, the Lions are a perfect 3-0.
• This is the Lions first trip to Dobbs Ferry in more than two decades, having last ventured to the home of former Met Keith Hernandez and the childhood home of Mark Zuckerberg in 2003.

• Georgian Court got off to a rollicking start to 2024.
• The Lions defeated Pace and New Haven at home last weekend in the GCU season opening tournament.

• After a scoreless first half against New Haven, the Lions scored twice late with goals from
Corissa Robbins and
Ashley Merizalde.
• Delanie Wilkinson kept everything in front of her for her first win, a 2-0 shutout.

Corissa Robbins scored the game-winner against New Haven and was named the CACC Defenseive Player of Week.

CACC Leaders

Seanna Boan leads the CACC and is fourth nationally with 1.5 assists per game. Her three assists are tied for the most in the country through one week.

Emma Bennett are each in the top-five in the CACC in goals against average.

Season Opening Slump Busters
• Prior to last weekend, Georgian Court was 0-8-1 in season openers with their last season opening win coming back in 2014.

About Mercy
• Mercy also started their season last weekend, but are sitting at 0-2 through two games.
• The Mavericks lost by two goals in each games, 4-2 in the opener and then got shutout 2-0 in game two.
