Senior Day
• Prior to the game, Georgian Court will celebrate the senior class of 2025.
• This year's senior class includes
Blessing Uchunor,
Amber Gallo and
Iciar Zayas.
• All three were members of the 2024 CACC Championship team.
• Uchunor and Zayas have been Lions since 2022 while 2023 was Gallo's first season with the team.
• Special start time 11 am first serve with Senior Day festivities happening at roughly 10:45 am.
Previously vs. Jefferson
• Georgian Court fell earlier this season to the Rams to snap a three-game wining streak.
• The Lions lead the all-time series by one, 23-22.
• The series with Jefferson features multiple winning streaks on both sides. Starting in 2006, GCU won nine straight. That was followed by a six-game Jefferson win streak. In 2016, Jefferson also started a five-game winning streak. GCU then won five straight from 2018-21 before Jefferson went 5-0 before the recent GCU three-game winning streak.
• Back in mid October, the Rams took set one 26-24. GCU tied the match at one, but the Rams won sets three and four for the win in Philadelphia.

Ava Churnesky led GCU with 11 kills and 13 digs.
Last Time Out
• Georgian Court finished up their road slate playing at Holy Family.
• Things didn't turn out well for GCU who were swept by the Tigers.
• HFU hit better than .400 for the match.

Playoff Picture
• Unfortunately for the Lions, their loss at Holy Family coupled with a Jefferson win at Wilmington eliminated GCU from CACC postseason contention.
• Jefferson leads the Lions by two games for the final spot in the CACC South Division heading into tomorrow's regular season finale.
About Jefferson
• Since defeating GCU in October, Jefferson has won six of nine games.
• That includes a 3-0 sweep of CACC South Division leaders Wilmington to clinch a spot in the CACC Tourament.
• On the season, the Rams are 11-12 and 7-7 in the CACC.
• Jefferson's offense is led by Emily McKenna who is third in the CACC with 3.58 kills per set.
• Alexa Pomeroy is second on the team with 3.30 kills per set.
• Kate Hines runs the defense and her 4.39 digs per set are third in the conference.
• The Rams average more than two service aces per game and have six with at least 20 aces this season.
• Blocking has been a problem for Jefferson. They average just 1.3 blocks per set while allowing 1.8. That's dropped their hitting percentage to .147 while opponents are at .189.
