Previously vs. Holy Family
• Georgian Court has a two-game winning streak against Holy Family after sweeping the Tigers in 2024-25.
• All time the Lions are 7-15 against the Tigers but 6-4 in their last 10.
• Last season the Lions handled HFU at home, 75-66. They led at the half and pulled away in the second behind a 33-point effort from
Cam Edmonds.
• In Philadelphia it was a memorable win for the Lions. Down two in the closing seconds,
Anthony Gooden hit the game-winning three with 11 seconds left to put the Lions ahead one.
• It was Edmonds again, this time defensively, sealing the 72-71 win with a block on the Tigers final shot attempt at the buzzer.
• For Gooden, it was another in a history of clutch shots as also hit a couple of buzzer beaters as a prep student.

Who's Hot?

Cam Edmonds has scored scored 25+ points in four of six games this season. He reached 30 for the first time against Staten Island.

Amar Lane has at least two blocks in five straight games. He's also averaging nearly eight points and six rebounds per game in his last three.

Anthony Rivera has at least two rebounds and two assists in five straight games.

Donavin Crawford is averaging 9.5 points in his last two games.
Double Dipping
•
Cam Edmonds has scored at least 10 points in 30 straight games. It's the second longest such streak in Lions history.
• Only Caleb Bowser has scored 10 or more in more games than Edmonds. He did so in 31 straight from January, 2019-February, 2020.
CACC Leaders
• Georgian Court is up at the top of the league in a couple of defensive categories.
• Their 6.0 blocks per game lead the league and are fifth nationally.
• Georgian Court is also tops in field goal percentage defense as teams are shooting 40.9%. From behind the arc, teams are shooting 30.8% which is second in the CACC.
• Led by
Cam Edmonds, GCU is third in free throws made per game.
• With 15 blocks,
Amar Lane is leading the CACC and ninth in Division II.
Tesneem Ajeigbe is third in the conference with 12.

Cam Edmonds is back on top of the CACC averaging 23.7 points per game. He's also leading the league and D2 with 70 free throw attempts and is one behind the national leader in free throws made.

Jaycen Santucci's 41 rebounds are seventh in the conference. He's also up to second in the league shooting 54.7% overall.
The New CACC
• This season, the CACC will have a new look to it. The league currently stands at 11 teams with Bloomfield having departed after the 2024-25 academic year.
• The league has also done away with the North and South Divisions in favor of a single set of standings with all 11 teams.
• Additionally, there's been changes to the league schedule. Teams will now play all CACC opponents twice, once at home and once on the road.
About Holy Family
• There was one team picked below Georgian Court in the CACC Preseason Poll and that was Holy Family.
• Despite the poor preseason prognostications, the Tigers are off to a 4-1 start and are 2-0 playing at home.
• GCU is the only team yet to play a conference game this season and Holy Family's only loss comes in league play. They fell on the road against No. 20 Dominican 79-74.
• The Tigers led by nine in the first half, but after Dominican broke a 41-all tie with 1:18 to play in the half, the Chargers led the rest of the way.
• A big part of the Tigers success is their ability to hold onto the ball. They lead the CACC averaging just 11.8 turnovers per game.
• Holy Family isn't afraid to let it rip from three. They average a league-high 28 attempts from three, but are hitting at just 30.7%, ninth in the CACC.
• Overall, Holy Family is shooting 46.3% this season. They're led by senior Najee Coursey who has a league-best 67.3% field goal percentage. Coursey is also the team's leading scorer averaging a tick over 18 points per game.
• Di'Andre Howell is coming off of a 24-point, 12-rebound double-double against Molloy. He's averaging 16.8 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.
• The Tigers are also moving the ball well and their 18 assists per game lead the CACC and their 1.53 assist-to-turnover ratio is top-25 in Division II.
