INDIANAPOLIS (June 18, 2025) - This week the College Sports Communicators (CSC) released their Academic All-District Team in the "At-Large" category. The only NCAA sport Georgian Court sponsors that falls under the "At-Large" umbrella is Men's and Women's Lacrosse.
The 2025 Academic All-District® At-Large Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
The CSC requires both academic and athletic standards to maintain to be eligible for the Academic All-District Team. Student-athletes must have at least a cumulative GPA of 3.50 and be of sophomore or high academic standing. Nominees must have also competed in 90% of an institutions games or started at least 66% of games.
Women's Lacrosse saw five make this year's CSC Academic All-District Team.
Madison Battle and
Isabel Raimondi, both seniors, are on their third CSC Academic All-District Team.
Caitlin Petrellese makes her second and
Jill Konschak and
Addison Rivera each earn the nod for the first time.
Battle just completed her first semester working towards an MBA. She earned a 3.94 GPA this past spring after graduating in December with a 3.77 GPA in Business Administration. One of Georgian Court's premier defenders, Battle started all 19 games and finished the year with 19 ground balls and 19 caused turnovers.
Konshack makes the team in her first year eligible for it as a sophomore. She has a 3.90 cumulative GPA in Biology. Konshack also started all 19 games and had a career-year with 17 goals, 29 ground balls, 16 caused turnovers and 60 draw controls.
Petrellese makes her second straight CSC Academic All-District Team. The two-time All-CACC performer in 2025 (midfield and draw control) has a 3.99 GPA in History. Georgian Court's top two-way midfielder, Petrellese scored 48 goals and 54 points on offense. Defensively, her 83 draw controls, 55 ground balls and 28 caused turnovers all led the Lions.
Raimondi is another senior making her third CSC Academic All-District Team. She graduated this spring with a 3.83 cumulative GPA as a Marketing major. Raimondi was one of the nations top point-scorers with 54 goals, 52 assists and 106 points. She's the first Lion to ever have two seasons with 100+ points.
Sophomore
Addison Rivera is the fifth Lion on the CSC Academic All-District Team. As a Psychology major, she has a 3.79 grade point average. She too had a breakout season with 37 ground balls and 17 caused turnovers while adding five points on offense, two goals and three assists.
In addition to making the Academic All-District Team, Petrellese and Raimondi were selected as CSC Academic All-America finalists. They'll advance to the national ballot to be voted on and released later this summer.
