Bridgeport, CT (Sept. 20th, 2025) - The early season struggles continued for Georgian Court Women's Soccer, as they fell 2-1 to the Knights on the road.  

  
How it Happened  
• Bridgeport wasted no time, scoring just three minutes into the match. 
• After a quiet first half offensively, Georgian Court answered back just two minutes into the second half.  
• Bridgeport sealed the victory with fifteen minutes left in regulation. 
 
 First Half  
• Both teams came out aggressive in the opening 45 minutes, with Georgian Court taking 12 shots compared to Bridgeport's eight.  
•Bridgeport's Chloe Oudin scored the opening goal of the game,assisted by Luiza Macedo.  
• Angelina Griva made five saves in the first half for the Knights.  
 
Second Half  
• Two minutes into the second half Delaine Wilkinson tied the game for the Lions, Julia Eichenbaum had the assist.  
• Chloe Oudin struck for her second of the day, with Luiza Macedo picking up her second assist on the goal. 

 Lion Stat Leaders  
• Brooke Mckown made six saves in goal.  
• Delaine Wilkinson scored the only goal for the Lions.  
• Chelsea Lavezzo and Julia Eichenbaum both took five shots on the day. 

 
  For the Knights 
• Chloe Oudin had two goals for the Knights.  
• Luiza Macedo had two assists for the Knights. 
• Angelina Griva made eight saves during the match.

• Chiamaka Wokocha played in her 40th career game.  
• Delaine Wilkinson scored her first career goal.
