Previously vs. Adelphi
• In 2021, Georgian Court snapped an eight-game losing streak with a 3-2 win at home.
• The teams have met just once since then, a 3-1 Adelphi win last season.
• Georgian Court won the first set, 26-24, but the Panthers followed that winning the next three sets for the four-set win.
• A big part of the Adelphi win was the success on the service line. They hit 16 aces in four sets.

• Georgian Court has dominated this matchup, especially of late. The Lions are 33-11 all-time against the Lightning.
• GCU has also won 12 straight against GBC. The last time the Lightning got a win was back in 2017. Coach
Shana Rayside was a sophomore on that Lion team.
• The Lions swept Goldey last season, winning 3-0 on the road and 3-1 at home. The win at home clinched a spot in the CACC Tournament for the Lions.
• Georgian Court dropped the opening frame, but won the next three sets.

• Georgian Court had the weekend off. They last played Thursday night at Kutztown.
• The Lions were swept by the Golden Bears, 3-0.
• Kutztown landed 10 aces in three sets while the Lions put down just one.

About Goldey-Beacom
• Just like Georgian Court, Goldey-Beacom is 1-1 in conference play this season.
• They've defeated Jefferson but lost to Holy Family and sit 7-7 overall after wins over Lincoln (PA) and Kutztown Saturday.
• The Lightning, who host the 2025 CACC Tournament, are near the top of the CACC in many statistical categories. They leads the league in total digs and their 16.48 are second in the conference.
• GBC is hitting .173 as a team, averaging 11.17 kills per set and 1.63 blocks per set.
• Gaby Fernandez leads the defensive efforts and her 5.52 digs per set are eighth in the nation and leading the CACC.
• On the offensive side, it's been a team effort with Kelci Gingras's 101 kills leading the team, but there are seven Lightning with more than 60 kills on the year.
• Gabi Fullwood's 33 blocks are a team-best. Juliana Malena has a team-high 24 aces which includes 10 in the last three matches.
