Previously vs. Post
• Georgian Court is still in search of their first ever win against Post. The Lions are 0-11 all-time against the Eagles, which includes an 0-5 mark in Connecticut.
• Three of the 11 games have been decided by 10 points or less. Two of those by nine points and an 84-83 overtime loss in 2018.
• One of those nine-point losses came last year in Lakewood.
• Both teams were cold early as the Eagles led just 21-18 at the break.
• A three-pointer from Cam Edmonds in the second half gave GCU a brief one-point lead. That lasted just 39 seconds before the Eagles took the lead back for good.
• GCU couldn't get any closer than five in the closing minutes and the Eagles put the game away at the line, 56-65.
• The Lions played with a limited bench. Just seven saw time on the floor. Miles White led the team with 16 points. 

Individual Milestones
• Donavin Crawford needs two three-pointers to hit 100 and would be the fifth Lion to do so. 
• Amar Lane and Tesneem Ajeigbe are both already in the Lions single-season top-10 for blocked shots. Lane has swatted 23 while Ajeigbe has 18. The Lions single season record stands at 31.
• Justin Soranno needs five points for 200. 

Who's Hot?
• Anthony Rivera has scored in double-figures in three straight games. He's also 19-31 from the floor over that span, shooting 61%. 
• Cam Edmonds is up to three straight 20+ point games and has eight overall this season in 12 games. 
• Amar Lane has scored 19 points in his last two games with nine rebounds. 
• Jaycen Santucci is averaging 13 points and eight rebounds in his last three games. 
• Anthony Gooden scored a season-high nine points at Queens. 

Double Dipping
• Cam Edmonds has scored at least 10 points in 36 straight games.
• That broke Caleb Bowser's record from January, 2019-February, 2020 of 31 straight games. 

CACC Leaders
• Georgian Court is up at the top of the league in a couple of defensive categories.
• Their 5.1 blocks per game lead the league and are 12th nationally. 
• Georgian Court is leading the CACC in field goal percentage defense as teams are shooting 41.4%.
• GCU is doing a good job getting out in transition. Their 13.9 fastbreak points are second in the CACC. 
• Led by Cam Edmonds, GCU's 20.8 free throws made per game are first in the CACC and ninth in the country. They also lead the CACC hitting 74.3% at the line. 
• Amar Lane leads the league with 23 blocks and 2.1 per game. Tesneem Ajeigbe is fourth with 18 and 1.50. 
• Cam Edmonds is back on top in the CACC scoring 22.5 points per game. He is also leading the nation with 116 made free throws an 146 attempts. 
• Anthony Rivera's 7.0 rebounds per game are sixth in the CACC. 
• Jaycen Santucci is back in the top-10 in total rebound with his 74 sitting ninth. 

The New CACC
• This season, the CACC will have a new look to it. The league currently stands at 11 teams with Bloomfield having departed after the 2024-25 academic year.
• The league has also done away with the North and South Divisions in favor of a single set of standings with all 11 teams. 
• Additionally, there's been changes to the league schedule. Teams will now play all CACC opponents twice, once at home and once on the road.  
• Georgian Court is finished with their nonconference slate. From here on out, they'll be playing CACC games. 

About Post
• Post will have had an even longer layoff that Georgian Court. They last play Friday, Dec. 19 in a loss at St. Anselm.
• The Eagles are 2-2 in the CACC just like Georgian Court. Overall, they sit at 3-8.
• Post loves the three-ball and their nine makes per game from behind the arc lead the CACC. 
• They also do a good job guarding the three, as teams are hitting just 30.8% from distance, second-best in the league.
• The Eagles are also a plus in the turnover department, at +0.5. They lose the ball 13.8 times per game while forcing 14.4 giveaways.
• Rebounding is where Post has some trouble. Teams are outrebounding the Eagles by 6.3 boards per game.
• Post is led by duo of Ta'Quan Williams and Derrick Thomas II. Williams is scoring 13.4 points per game with 43 assists against just 22 turnovers.
• Thomas averages 11.2 points and a team-best 6.5 rebounds per game.
• Zion Lott has hit 17 three-pointers but is shooting just 28.8% from three. He's been cold of late going just 2-15 in his last three games.
