Mount Olive, NC (March 13th, 2026) - In the last game of their spring break trip, the Lions fell 13-9 against Mount Olive.
How it Happened
• Shots were close with Mount Olive leading 27-21.
• GCU led in turnovers with 16 compared to Mount Olive's 10.
• Mount Olive scooped up 18 ground balls; the Lions had 13.
• Draw controls were in control by the Trojans, who had 16 to the Lions seven.
1st Quarter
• Ava Mullen opened up scoring for both teams and put the Trojans on the board just one minute in regulation.

Caitlin Petrellese found the net four minutes later to start up the scoring for GCU.
• The Trojans had two goals before
Jill Konschak answered for the Lions. The Lions trailed by one going into the second quarter.
2nd Quarter

Caitlin Petrellese tied the game one minute into the second quarter.
• The Trojans answered quickly with a 3-0 run.

Adrianna Mosca had two goals in 30 seconds to bring the Lions back within one.
• The next seven minutes, the Trojans controlled with a 4-0 run.

Nena Menard finished the half with a goal; the Lions trailed 6-10.
3rd Quarter
• Mount Olive started the half ready, Jazna Dumont scored just twenty seconds in.

Nena Menard and
Adrianna Mosca then had back-to-back goals for GCU.
• The Trojans would find the net again for their 12th goal of the game, and neither team would score for the next 11 minutes of the quarter.
4th Quarter
• The scoring drought carried into the final quarter, and it wasn't until seven minutes remained that a goal was finally scored, and that was by Mount Olive.

Adrianna Mosca would score with one minute remaining, giving GCU a 9-13 loss.
