Rockville Center, NY (March 4th, 2026) - In a Lions vs. Lions showdown the Georgian Court Lions defeated Molloy 14-6 in Rockville Center.
How it Happened
• Molloy outshot the Lions 28-25.
• GCU had 17 turnovers compared to Molloy's seven.
• Ground balls were in favor of Molloy 16-11.
• GCU won the draw control battle 16-5.
1st Quarter
•
Erynn Richey had her first career goal and the first goal of the game seven minutes into regulation.
• Molloy scored a goal two minutes later when they were man up. Emma Brazier found the back of the net.

Gabrielle Battle had a free position shot and was able to put the GCU Lions up one goal.
•
Nena Menard gave the GCU Lions one more goal in the first quarter, and Georgian Court led 3-1 going into the second.
2nd Quarter
• Molloy struck first this time, a goal from Ava Benasutti.
• GCU's
Caitlin Petrellese had her first of the game two minutes later.
• Jenna Italiano cut the Molloy deficit to one with six minutes left in the half.
• GCU had four goals in the last minute of the first half.
Michaela Scirrotto started up the Lions 4-0 run.

Gabrielle Battle followed her about thirty seconds later with her second of the game.

Erynn Richey found the net with 17 seconds left and again with one second remaining. GCU led 8-3 at halftime.
3rd Quarter
• GCU opened up the half on another 4-0 run.

Erynn Richey added two more,
Gabrielle Battle and
Caitlin Petrellese each added one.
• Molloys Ava Benasutti scored with four seconds remaining.
4th Quarter

Nena Menard had two more goals in the game in the final quarter.
• Molloy got two more goals on the board.
• GCU won 14-6.
