LAKEWOOD, NJ (April 10, 2026) - It was all Georgian Court Men's Lacrosse as they put on a senior day show Friday afternoon. Prior to the game, Georgian Court honored their 13 member senior class with a special on field ceremony. Once the whistled blew, the party didn't stop as Georgian Court handled Felician, 15-3. The Lions were led by their seniors who scored 12 of the 15 goals.
How it Happened
• It started on the faceoff where Georgian Court was a tremendous 20-22.
• That led to a big disparity in time of possession and total shots. The Lions ripped 51, putting 27 on goal. Felician attempted just 19 shots with 10 hitting the target.
• Felician turned the ball over 20 times. Eight of those came on failed clear attempts. The Lions lost the ball 17 times. Most of those came in the offensive zone as GCU was 19-19 on clearances.
• There were five penalties taken in the game, four by Georgian Court. All five penalties were killed off though.
1st Quarter
• It was a fast start for GCU as
Brodie Seaborn scored less than a minute into the game.
• He'd add a second later in the quarter with a
Vincent Burns tally sandwiched between the two.

Vincent Burkhart wasn't tested much in net, making two saves in the period.
2nd Quarter
• The teams were chewing up the middle of the field in the second quarter.
• Five minutes into,
Harrison Jordan scored to make it a 4-0 game.
• That was all the scoring for the quarter as Burkhart completed a first half shutout making two more saves.
• A sloppy quarter saw 11 turnovers, six by the Golden Falcons.
3rd Quarter
• Most of the scoring was done after halftime.
• Of the 18 goals, 14 were scored in the second half and nine in the third quarter.
• Senior brothers Vincent and
Tyler Burns teamed up to score the Lions first goal of the period, 52 seconds in.
• Felician broke the shutout scoring not long after Burns.
• Georgian Court rattled off four straight after that. Each Burns brother netted one during the scoring spurt along with
Zach Myers whose shot ripped through the net.
• After
Vincent Burns' goal,
Jahkari Christian won the ensuing faceoff and took the ball all the way to the cage, scoring just six seconds later.
• The Golden Falcons went back-to-back to make it a 9-3 game before Seaborn finished off the quarter scoring with four seconds left to get GCU to 10 goals.
4th Quarter
• The fourth quarter was starting to look like the second. Neither team had scored more than nine minutes into the period.
• GCU ended the game with a flurry though, scoring five times in the final 5:46.
• Seaborn scored his fourth of the game before
Tyler Burns and
Zach Myers each added another.

Tyler Burns scored again with 92 seconds left and with 31 seconds, Seaborn finished the game off with his fifth goal.
•
Vincent Burkhart blanked the Golden Falcons for the third different quarter, making two saves in the period.
Lion Stat Leaders

Vincent Burkhart got the win making seven saves and allowing just three goals.

Brodie Seaborn scored a team-high five goals with an assist.
•
Tyler Burns matched Seaborn with six points scoring three goals and adding three assists.

Vincent Burns helped out with three goals as well along with four ground balls.
•
Daniel Devitt was a perfect 11-11 on faceoffs with seven ground balls.

Jahkari Christian won 8-9.
•
Christian Smith picked up seven ground balls and caused a turnover.
•
Zach Myers scored two goals and caused two turnovers.
For the Golden Falcons
• Stanley Labady II scored twice on five shots with three ground balls.
• Connor Langdon scored a goal as well.
• Landon Santangelo came up with 12 saves.

• Georgian Court improves to 8-0 all-time against Felician.

Brodie Seaborn surpassed 50 career goals and his five are a new single-game high.

Hunter Rindos played in his 50th career game and caused his 30th career turnover.
•
Daniel Devitt moved to third all-time in faceoff wins at Georgian Court.
• It's been two years to the day since the Lions last allowed three goals or fewer. They allowed two April 10, 2024 at Holy Family.
• This is the second time in program history GCU pitched a first half shutout. The last came in 2019 in a game vs. Alderson Broaddus.
