LAFAYETTE HILL, PA (April 18, 2026) - Georgian Court Men's Lacrosse suffered a setback as the regular season nears its end. On the road at Chestnut Hill, the Lions fell 12-5 as the Griffins led wire-to-wire.
How it Happened
• Chestnut Hill scored 12 goals on 40 shots. The Lions attempted just 28 and scored five.
• The Lions turned the ball over 18 times. That includes going 12-18 on clearance attempts.
• With the extra-attacker, GCU was 1-3 while CHC was 1-2.
• Faceoff numbers were even. On 19 draws, the Lions won 10 and the Griffins nine.
1st Quarter
• Chestnut Hill started the scoring early, getting a goal in the first minute.
• That started a 3-0 run for the Griffins who were up three with five minutes to play in the first.
• Georgian Court went on the man-advantage late in the first and they cashed in their first goal.

Zach Myers scored with 13 seconds left in the period and the Lions trailed 3-1 after one.
2nd Quarter
• Chestnut Hill made it 4-1, again scoring in the opening minute of the frame.
• Georgian Court scored twice 33 seconds apart. First was
Vincent Burns at the 9:12 mark in the quarter.
• After
Jahkari Christian won the ensuing faceoff, Konnor Forlai cashed in and it was a one-goal game, 4-3.
• The Griffins finished the half putting two more on the board. Just 61 seconds after Forlai's goal, CHC got it right back.
• With 2:13 left to play in the half, Chestnut Hill went back up three and that's how the half ended, with the Griffins up 6-3.
3rd Quarter
• There was only one goal scored in the third.
• That came late following a Lions turnover.
• Chestnut Hill went up 7-3 with 2:35 left in the quarter and that's how the frame ended.
4th Quarter
• Chestnut Hill put the game away scoring four straight to start the fourth.
• They got three in a 2:09 span.
• The fourth goal put CHC up 11-3 with seven minutes left to play.
• Georgian Court scored some late goals with
Brodie Seaborn and
Tyler Burns tallying one each.
• CHC added one final goal for the 12-5 win.
