Lakewood, NJ (April 28, 2026) - No. 4 Georgian Court cruised past No. 5 Bridgeport, 17-6, in the Opening Round of the CACC Women's Lacrosse Tournament.
How it Happened
• GCU had 39 shots compared to Bridgeport's 24.
• Bridgeport committed 17 turnovers to GCU's 13
• Groundballs favored the Lions, 15-11.
• The Lions were in complete control of the draw, winning 18 of 25
1st Quarter
• The Lions opened up the first quarter strong.
• Not even one minute into the game,
Jill Konshak had the first goal to immediately give the Lions an early lead.
