How it Happened
• Wilmington led with 20 shots compared to Georgian Court's nine.
• Corners were in favor of GCU 6 - 4.
• Wilmington ended the game with 15 fouls and GCU with eight.
First Half
• Both teams battled in the first half, but neither could find the net.
• Shots were more even in the first half with Wilmington having seven and GCU six.
Second Half
• Three minutes into the half the first goal was scored by Wilmington.
• Ten minutes later it would be the Lions turn and Seanna Boan found Kayla Reed for the goal.
• The Wildcats found the net again after Braelyn Jalayer put Wilmington ahead.
• Kayla Reed's second goal came from Alexis West and ultimately forced a tie.
