Cross Country
As a Sophomore (2025): Had a strong sophomore campaign running personal-best times at two distances and competing in all seven races ... Ran 28:37.9 at the Rowan Border Battle for a new 8K PR which put him 22nd on the Lions all-time best list ... The week prior ran a personal-best 17:31.0 5K at the West Chester Invitational ... Finished in 28th place and was the Lions fourth scorer at the CACC Championship meet where he ran 30:15.7 ... Made the CACC All-Academic Team and the CACC Academic Honor Roll for his work in the classroom. 

Track and Field
As a Sophomore (2025-26): Indoors: In six meets, ran the mile three times and the 3,000m three times ... Set personal-bests in both events .. Started the season with a 10:03.44 3,000m at the Fastrack Season Opener for a new PR time ... At the Fastrack National Invite, ran a personal-best 4:58.98 mile time ... Finished in 11th place at the ECC Championships in the mile running 5:04.72 ... Scored for GCU as part of the Lions sixth place DMR team that ran 11:26.08 at the conference meet.
Outdoors: Set two more personal-bests during the outdoor season ... Started the year with a new PR in the 1500m running 4:33.63 at the Stockton Invitational ... Ended the year running 36:06.82 for a 10th place finish at the CACC Championships in the 10,000m run ... That time moved him to fifth all-time in GCU history in the event ... Once again made the CACC Academic Honor Roll and All-Academic Team.
