Flushing, N.Y. - Georgian Court University continues to cruise past its competition as the Lions secured its seventh-straight 3-0 decision (eighth-consecutive win overall) Wednesday night by defeating Queens College on the road in non-conference action.

GCU, now 22-5 on the year, breezed to victories of 25-17, 25-12 and 25-10 over the 2-15 Knights.

The Lions collected a sizzling .302 hitting percentage on the evening, paced by Shana Rayside's match-best seven kills. Kinsy Haschke followed with six of her own while Nahomie Alejandro Negron floored five in the win. Jaime Sweeney did a majority of the dishing as the junior shared 18 assists.

Amy Bruno patrolled the net by leading all players with her four blocks.

Georgian Court returns to Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference play this Saturday with a 12:00 p.m. visit to Bloomfield College.
