Philadelphia, Pa. - Georgian Court dropped its second-straight outing, and saw its three-game winning streak vs. Chestnut Hill College halted, as the host-Griffins upended the Lions, 84-76, in Wednesday night's Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) men's basketball divisional showdown.

The Lions have not lost to Chestnut Hill since dropping an 88-68 to the Griffins back on Feb. 7, 2018 on the road.

Four lead changes and four stalemates would follow before the home team, with the game tied at 27-27 at 5:48, rolled out a 10-0 outburst to go ahead by double-digits with 0:44 remaining in the stanza.

Chestnut Hill (4-16, 4-7 CACC) never yielded its advantage in the second frame, growing its cushion to a game-high 13 points on two separate occasions en route to the key conference victory.

Scottie Spann Jr. (Fr.-Philadelphia, Pa.) carried the the Griffins' offense with his game-best 22 points, hitting on three three-balls in the process.
