Lakewood, N.J. - Just short of two years since the Georgian Court faithful last filled the stands of the Wellness Center Arena, the fans came out in droves Wednesday as a raucous crowd was treated to an entertaining evening with the Lions blanking visiting Lincoln University, 3-0, in its 2021 home opener.
GCU, which improves to a perfect 4-0 with the triumph, dropped its guest by scores of 25-17, 25-13, and 25-23. Lincoln University, playing its first contest of the season, falls to 0-1 to start the year.

Grace Fenn paced the royal-and-gold above the net with eight kills and a .583 hitting percentage.
Trilby Kite dished a team-best 19 helpers and four digs.
Jessica Sprankle led the way with seven digs on the GCU back line.

The Lions put their undefeated mark on the line Thursday night with a visit to Pace University in non-conference action. Start time is set for 7:00 p.m.
