Lakewood, N.J. - Head coach Jazz Perazic announced today that Paula Perez Febregas of Narón, Spain will be joining the Georgian Court University women's basketball program this fall as the newest member of the Lions.

" We are excited to have Paula Perez join our team" coach Perazic stated. "Paula is a do it all guard. She can score, pass, and defend. It will be difficult for any team to match up with our skilled and exciting back court combo from Spain"

The 5'7", guard recently graduated from IES Rascanya, Paula won the Spanish championship with the Galician team and 4^th place in the Valencian League. She was also named the "Best Basketball Player in Narón" and MVP in the Lugo City basketball tournament.

Looking to major in business administration at Georgian Court, the incoming freshman chose Georgian Court "to face a new challenge, learn new customs, meet new people from different cultures, The team's style of play suits my qualities and the geographical proximity of the city is great."
