• While this is the first time Georgian Court plays Caldwell, it's not the first time they've been in Lakewood this season. The Cougars were a part of that early season tournament, also facing Bentley and Saint Michael's.
• Caldwell went 1-1 to start the season, falling 1-0 to Bentley before defeating Saint Michael's 2-0.
• Overall this season, Caldwell is just 2-5-1 and 1-2-1 in the CACC. Most recently in league play, the Cougars drew even with Chestnut Hill, 1-1, after the Griffins scored a late equalizer.
• The Cougar defense and goaltending has been sharp through eight games, allowing just 10 goals. Justin Talbot has started seven with a .820 save percentage and 1.29 goals against average. Jose De Oliveira Curado started the last game, a 1-0 loss to Southern Connecticut.
