Previously vs. Post
• In 14 all-time matchups, Georgian Court has just one win against Post. They're 1-12-1 lifetime against the Eagles.
• Playing in Waterbury results have been even worse as Georgian Court is 0-7 playing at the Eagles.
• Last year, the Lions got out to a 1-0 lead as
Gijs van Eif scored in the 25th minute.
• Post scored just before the half to even things up and then scored three more times in the final 20 minutes for a 4-1 win.
• The state of Connecticut hasn't been to kind to Georgian Court as a whole. The Lions are 1-10-1 in their lifetime playing in the Constitution State.
Last Time Out
• For the third straight time, Georgian Court defeated Goldey-Beacom 3-1.
• There's been a lot of symmetry lately in the Lions and Lightning matchups. Each of the last three games have ended 3-1 and
Jack Pollintine-Smith and
Alessandro Cavallini have scored in all three.
• Cavallini got the scoring started on a feed from
Nabeel Khan. After Post tied the match at one, five minutes into the second half, Pollintine-Smith hit the game winner a few minutes later.
•
Henry Calix tallied the third goal to put the game away.
Individual Milestones
• One more win will be Head Coach
Dino Raso's 100th at Georgian Court, which mean's it will be the program's 100th win as well.
•
Ayendi Batista needs three saves to move into Georgian Court's all-time top-five. His next game played will also be his 30th.
•
Mikey Mallon needs to play 71 more minutes to hit 4,000.

• GCU is up to fourth in the league in shot accuracy, putting 49% of all shots on frame.
Scheduling Quirk

•
Ayendi Batista claimed the Goalkeeper of the Week award from
Anthony Ryan won Defensive Player of the Week honors.
• It was Batista's second weekly award this season and third of his career. For Ryan, it was his first ever CACC Defensive Player of the Week award.
Playoff Picture
• With two games left, the focus turns to where Georgian Court sits in the CACC standings.
• The top-eight in the CACC standings qualify for the 2025 CACC Tournament.
• The Lions are currently all alone in fifth place with 12 points. They're the only team in the league without a tie in conference play.
• Georgian Court is just three points out of second place, but also only three points up on eighth place and fifth points up on 10th place.
• The top-four host the CACC Quarterfinal round.
• One thing not in Georgian Court's favor is three of their four CACC losses are to the three teams directly ahead of them, meaning they'd lose a head-to-head tiebreaker.
